We had a wonderful stay at Chambre D'Hotes Au Picatal. the large country house was situated on a beautifully landscaped piece of land, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Our room was clean, attractive, and comfortable for three people. the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of breads, crepes, and homemade jams. We enjoyed seating at a large table with other guests, creating a friendly and communal atmosphere. the hosts, especially Nathalie, were extremely helpful and provided us with valuable suggestions and answers to our questions. We also appreciated the availability of a fridge and the use of tables on the patio. Cons: Nothing 🙌.

Had a wonderful Easter break at a quaint countryside guesthouse with beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms. Loved the warm welcome from the hospitable owner who baked delicious homemade cookies. Location is ideal for exploring the nearby charming village and the picturesque Dordogne river. The hearty breakfast with freshly baked bread, home-made jams, and fresh fruit was a highlight of our stay.
The lack of a shower in the bathroom made it inconvenient to take a comfortable bath. , navigating the rural roads in the area can be a bit challenging at night.
